Petisco was a pop-up restaurant that opened up for about 12 weeks in 2022. The brand and artwork that I created, captured the lively spirit of Sao Paulo by offering delectable tapas-style dishes that showcase bold Brazilian flavours.
Petisco is a Portuguese word that refers to small snacks or appetisers typically served in bars and restaurants in Brazil.
The dishes shown below were complemented by a thoughtfully curated selection of cocktails, beers, and spirits, which were handpicked by Chef Rodrigo do Vale.
